Following our return from India we thought we should congratulate your company on a job well done. The tour ran like clockwork. All the arrangements were executed efficiently and the personnel were all attentive and kind to us. Our driver for the major part of the tour (Chennai – Kumarakom) was charming, helpful and a real pleasure to travel with as well as being a calm and careful driver. The guides were informative and friendly. Checking in at all hotels was completely trouble free, and the overall standard was quite in line with our expectations.
We opted for 3 to 4 star hotels and would only make one small comment about this.
The Hotel Abu Palace in Chennai was probably quite a significant hotel in past times, but is today rather shabby! The personnel are charming, but for a hotel in a large city it is not really very good to have no running hot water in the rooms except between 6 and 10.30 am! Also, it is situated in an area which has little in the way of restaurants.

Majority of the hotels were trouble free. The last one in Goa had some trouble with the payment but soon it was sorted out. All the transfer representatives were very efficient in performing their duty. Guides and Escorts were very knowledgeable and spoke good English. The car was very comfortable and the A/C was good. The driver was excellent.
Your company enabled us to enjoy a very good Holiday with full itineraries, which would have been difficult for us to do on our own. We were bit disappointed with the accommodation in Amritsar. A 5star Hotel there would be a bonus.

Thank you so much for arranging the hotels, safari trip and tour guide for our trip to Jaipur. We had an excellent time and actually were fortunate in seeing 3 tiger cubs in Ranthambhore. I can highly recommend the Dev Vilas Hotel. The hotel was clean, the people were very nice and the food was outstanding. The other hotel in Jaipur, Shiv Vilas was like staying in a Bollywood Movie set. Very ornate, but the people and the service were very nice.
Our guide was excellent and the safari trip was outstanding. I Plan to return soon to India and I will sue your services and recommend you to my friends.

Every thing organized by Indian holidays ran perfectly throughout the whole trip, nothing could have been organized any better.There were no problems with the hotels, they were first class, check in and out were trouble free.Transfer staff were courteous and efficient. The driver. Devinder, whom we had for the first two weeks was exceptional and the Toyota van comfortable with excellent A/C.
We had excellent transportation in Goa, a similar van to what we had in Rajasthan.
Every thing organized by you company ran smoothly and efficiently. Their personnel were as good as we experienced in the first two weeks.
All in all we had a superb holiday, mind boggling in many ways as India is truly a paradox. We will return in the very near future and will not hesitate to use you services once again.

However, we would like to say that we were extremely impressed by your company and our tour arrangements. Everything went according to plan. Praveen, our driver, was fantastic. We cannot commend him highly enough. The guides were also extremely good everywhere. A lovely touch was being checked into the hotels for us with no waiting in queues.
