Day 01 - Bangalore
Arrive in Bangalore, the capital city of Karnataka state. Report for check-in for Golden Chariot. Have lunch at Ginger Blue. Set out for Bangalore sightseeing trip. Visit amazing Vidhan Soudha, Lal Bagh and St. Mark's Cathedral.
Go on a shopping spree at MG Road. In evening get back to Golden Chariot. Welcome ceremony is held at Yeshwantpur station. Bar at Golden Chariot opens. Have a lavish dinner on board. The train leaves for Mysore. Stay overnight on board the train.
Day 02 - Mysore
The train arrives at Mysore. Have breakfast on board. Drive down to Srirangapatnam by coach for sightseeing. Visit Daria Daulat and Tippu's Fort. After lunch at Regaalis, go on to see Chamundi Hills, Lalitha Mahal Palace, Brindavan Gardens, Maharaja`s Palace, Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary, St. Philomena`s Church and Varahaswamy Temple at Mysore. Visit Mysore Palace in the evening, enjoy cultural show at Rangayana Kala Mandir. Return to the train. Have dinner and staying overnight. The train moves on to Kabini.
Day 03 - Kabini
An amazing wildlife park awaits the guests at Kabini. Set off for Kabini sightseeing trip. Watch a wildlife movie after lunch. Enjoy Jungle safari in jeeps. Get back to the train in evening. Have dinner and spend the night on board. The Golden Chariot leaves for Hassan.
Day 04 – Hassan
Drive to Halebid and Belur to see the famous monuments and temples. Return to Golden Chariot to have lunch on board. Proceed towards world heritage site at Shravanbelagola. Here 58-ft long monolithic statue of Gomateswara is standing to mesmerize the visitors. After a day full of activity, get back to the train for dinner. Stay onboard overnight.
The train winds its way towards Hospet.
Day 05 - Hospet
The train arrives at Hospet. Drive to Tungabhdara Dam. Go up a hill to have sumptuous breakfast. Thereafter, the train takes you to Hampi. Erstwhile seat of Vijaynagar rulers, Hampi has many attractions to enthrall you. The ruins of old monuments are an important heritage sites of interest. Drive to Anegudi village to see the rural culture. Get back to train for dinner. Stay overnight on board. The train heads for Gadag.
Day 06 - Gadag, Pattadakal, Badami
Today you will visit important historic towns of Gadag, Pattadakal and Badami. Be thrilled to see old temples at Aihole and Pattadakal. At Badami visit well-known intricately carved sculptures, see 18-armed Nataraja in 81 different poses. In the evening, return to the train. After dinner on board spend the night in Golden Chariot. Next destination is gorgeous Goa.
Day 07 - Goa
The Golden Chariot arrives at Goa. Enjoy an entire day exploring the beauty of the beach capital of India. Visit the famous Calangute beach. Enjoy golden sands and serene water. Indulge yourself in partying, shopping and sightseeing. The party time doesn't end until evening. Return to Golden Chariot. Have dinner, stay overnight on board. The train gets back to its originating station - Bangalore.
