DAY 1 : ARRIVAL DELHI
Arrive at Delhi and check in at hotel. After a while, enjoy a city tour of Delhi.
Delhi, a city of magnificent sights and sounds offers a lot to tourists – the Qutab Minar, Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Gandhi Memorial aka Raj Ghat are just some of the many places to visit in Delhi.
Spend the night at the hotel.
DAY 2 : DELHI TO MUKUNDGARH
Drive to Mukundgarh in the morning. Visit the region of Shekhavati - Nawalgarh, Mandawa and Dundlod upon arrival.
Mukundgarh, a village in Rajasthan is known for the finest collection of the framed frescoes of the Shekhawati region. It is named after its founder Raja Mukund Singh who had built the Mukundgarh Fort in the middle of the 18th century. A cluster of forts, havelis, and baolis is what is in store for you at Mukundgarh.
Sleep like a log in your abode at the hotel.
DAY 3 : MUKUNDGARH TO JAIPUR
Drive from Mukundgarh to Jaipur in the morning. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check into the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Jaipur, the land of regal splendor and royalty, is also known as the Pink City, owing to the use of pink stucco in many of its structures. This city in Rajasthan has a lot to offer like palaces, forts and temples, to name a few.
Retire for the night at the hotel.
DAY 4 : JAIPUR
In the morning take an excursion to Amber fort beginning with a joy ride on a freindly elephant. Also visit the Jagmandir and Jal Mahal. In the afternoon take a city tour covering City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and more.
Among Jaipur’s many tourist attractions are Amber Fort – a majestic palace complex, Jal Mahal – a water palace in the midst of a lake, Jantar Mantar – ancient royal observatory, Hawa Mahal – palace of winds, to mention a few.
Unwind at the hotel after a day of exhaustive sightseeing.
DAY 5 : JAIPUR TO AGRA
Visit Fatehpur Sikri en route to Agra in the morning. Upon arrival, venture out for a sightseeing of Agra.
Agra houses 3 of UNESCO’s world heritage sites - Fatehpur Sikri, Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Fatehpur Sikri is a graceful structure built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and encloses Salim Chisti's Tomb , Jama Masjid and Panch Mahal. The Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal in 1630 AD for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains while Agra Fort was the political seat of Mughal rulers such as Akbar, Shah Jahan and Humanyun.
Relax by night in the hotel.
DAY 6 : AGRA TO DELHI
Set out for Delhi from Agra. The rest of the day is at your disposal to shop, explore or relax.
Apart from sightseeing in Delhi, you can also explore its many retail avenues and shopping havens like Delhi Haat, Janpath, Connaught Place and the like. Alternatively you can also indulge in a tour of the city’s serene gardens or sample its cuisine.
Enjoy the last snooze of the trip in your hotel room.
DAY 7 : DEPARTURE FROM DELHI
Morning transfer to airport for return flight to home country.
